Tanddori homemade chicken nuggets
A simple to make homemade chicken nugget recipe with a tasty twist. Added plus - you can see what goes into these homemade chicken nuggets!

- 2 pieces chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp plain yoghurt (I usually use greek)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 piece bread (I use wholemeal)
using a blender, blend the bread to fine breadcrumbs and set aside for later.
Cook the chicken pieces. I boiled them to keep the moisture but you could steam or bake.
Blend the cooked chicken with the eggs until all mixed.
Add the tandoori masala to the yogurt and add to the chicken mixture.
Using shape cutters or hands mould the chicken mix into shapes.
Dip the shapes into breadcrumbs and bake for 30 mins. Turn over half way so they are crispy on both sides
