Weetabix muffins
Using a breakfast favourite to create a simple and tasty alternative. From raisins to chocolate there are many exciting alternatives to suit all tastes.

wheat biscuits

whole milk

butter, softened

chopped raisins
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 deg.
Mash the banana in a bowl until there are no lumps.
Crush the wheat biscuits into the banana mix.
Add the milk and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add the egg and mix.
In a separate bowl cream the butter and then add the flour and cinnamon.
Add the banana mixture and fold in the raisins.
Put in the oven for approximately 25 minutes. To check if cooked, insert a knife/ skewer into the centre and see if it comes out clean.
Notes
Other options – for a treat, I have added chocolate chips instead of raisins!
